The villa
Colonia Beach House puts shops and harbour restaurants within walking distance, with parking in the garage and on the street. Its spacious, cushioned lounge terrace overlooks yachts in the bay. A high protective wall provides privacy; beach access is via a side gate and across green spaces. Huge sliding glass doors bring waterfront views into the high-ceilinged living room. Underfloor heating and radiators add comfort on cooler days. Sofas, a flat-screen television, a decorative fireplace, dining table and compact open kitchen form an elegant shared space. Stairs and a lift connect the two floors, whose restrained colours highlight the sea views. Above the living area, the principal suite enjoys the same outlook from both the bed and freestanding bathtub. Three further double bedrooms face the front of the house, with single beds suitable for children and private shower rooms.
