The villa

Built in 1980 on a 1,000 m² plot, this detached villa has been fully renovated in a modern style, with chic neutral furnishings. The lounge and well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a large dining area overlook the pool and open sea; sliding doors lead to the terrace. A utility room with washer and dryer opens onto the front lawn and shaded breakfast area. The main house has three double bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room, plus a guest WC. A garden-accessed annexe offers a fourth double bedroom with a private shower room and a lounge with darts, board games and some fitness equipment. At the rear, enjoy sea views from the outdoor dining area, Weber gas barbecue, lounge seating and sunbeds with a parasol. The infinity pool is bordered by a sunny terrace and two cushioned sunbathing areas. A lockable garden gate and steps lead to the rocks, where a ladder provides direct sea access. Pets are not allowed.
