The villa
Les Oliveres is a spacious, rustic 220 m² villa in Sant Genís, 500 m from central Llançà and 100 m from the sea and beach. Private terraced gardens surround a kidney-shaped 6 x 3 m pool, open from 27 June to 25 September. The living/dining room has air conditioning, warm-air heating and garden and pool access. Five bedrooms comprise two with king-size beds and three with twin beds. There are two bathrooms, two shower rooms and a separate WC. The kitchen includes a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and coffee maker. Outdoor furniture and a barbecue invite relaxed meals with beautiful sea views. Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a three-car garage are provided. Shops and restaurants are 500 m away, Grifeu sandy beach is 500 m away, a swimming cove is 300 m away and the marina is 800 m away. Explore Cap de Creus Natural Park, the Dalí Museum in Figueres or Peralada golf. Non-smoking property; youth groups are not accepted.
