Dos Pinos

The villa

Dos Pinos is a spacious detached house for 10, built in 1976 on an 890 m² plot. Cala Esmeralda beach is 400 metres away, Cala Gran 550 metres and Cala d'Or's lively centre 700 metres. The marina is a five-minute drive away and Vall D'Or Golf ten minutes. Two living rooms include a bright entrance lounge and a living/dining room with outdoor access. The well-equipped adjoining kitchen opens towards the pool. Downstairs, two twin bedrooms and one double share two shower rooms. Upstairs, a double and a twin each have an en-suite shower room. A Mediterranean garden fronts the house; behind it are a 6.5 x 3-metre pool, 1.10–1.90 metres deep, and a large terrace with loungers. A lawn and two pine trees offer space and shade. Enjoy meals beneath the wooden pergola using the brick barbecue, or play table tennis. A utility room houses a washing machine. Internet access is provided. Bedroom air conditioning operates at fixed, limited times. Pets are not permitted.
