The villa

Set on a quiet street, this detached villa sleeps 10 on a 1,178 m² plot, 500 metres from Cala d'Or marina and Caló des Pou sandy cove. Built in 1990, it has six ground-floor bedrooms: three twins, two singles and a double. Several open onto terraces, and the double has an en-suite bathroom. Two further bathrooms serve this level. Steps descend to a spacious living and dining area opening onto a covered terrace and the pool. A fourth bathroom with a bathtub and a spacious modern kitchen with terrace access are also on this lower level. Outside, the 10 x 5-metre pool and split-level terrace enjoy partially restricted marina views, with dining and relaxation areas and a portable barbecue. Parking is available on the grounds. WiFi is provided. Bedroom air conditioning operates only from 14:00–16:00 and 20:00–07:00. The property is non-smoking; pets and youth groups are not permitted. Contactless arrival and departure are available.
