The villa

Marta is a tastefully furnished detached villa on a 900 m² plot in a quiet residential area, five minutes' walk from Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran beaches and around ten minutes from central Cala d'Or. Parquet floors and quality furnishings complement a spacious living room flowing into the dining area beside a well-equipped kitchen. The lounge opens directly onto the pool terrace. Downstairs are a twin bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and adjacent bathroom, and a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and terrace access. Upstairs, two twin bedrooms share a large bathroom; the larger bedroom has a terrace overlooking the pool. External stairs lead to a tower bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room. A kidney-shaped pool is surrounded by a sunny terrace and privacy hedges. A brick barbecue and dining table invite outdoor meals, while green areas at the front offer room to play. WiFi and 24-hour bedroom air conditioning are available. No smoking, pets or youth groups.
