The villa

On a 1,580 m² waterfront plot, Egos 89 comprises two residential units, one available to guests; the owner lives on the property. A metal ladder gives direct sea access, and Cala Egos beach is 200 metres away along a rocky path. Downstairs are a dining room, kitchen, conservatory with dining and lounge seating, and a living room with satellite TV and pool and sea views. A twin bedroom has an en suite shower room; there are also a utility room, guest WC and garage access to the pool terrace. Upstairs, the double master has a dressing room, en suite bathroom with separate shower and sea-view terrace. Another double and two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. The garage has an additional shower/WC. Beside the 10 x 5 m private pool, a room with sofas and a table offers a play space on cooler days. Sun terraces, planting, a covered terrace and barbecue area invite outdoor relaxation. Wi-Fi is available; hot/cold air conditioning runs at set times. No pets, smoking or youth groups.
