The villa
Es Clot brings the Mediterranean into every moment of your stay. Partly covered terraces wrap around the villa, offering open views of Pollença Bay and shady spots for breakfast, barbecues and relaxation. Cool off in the private pool or descend directly to the gently sloping rocky shore. Carefully renovated, the villa retains high beamed ceilings and carved sandstone arches. The main house has a bright lounge with a modern fireplace and sea-view terrace access, sharing a generous space with the dining room. Beside it is a fully equipped modern kitchen. Three double bedrooms include one with an en-suite bathroom, alongside a shared bathroom. Connected by the terrace, a separately accessed studio has a sea-view sitting area, a double bedroom and a bathroom. All bedrooms, the lounge and kitchen have air conditioning. Set in Morer Vermell on the Victòria peninsula in northeastern Mallorca, the villa is 1.5 km from Alcúdia's shops and a ten-minute drive from the long sandy beaches of Alcúdia and Pollença.
