The villa
Es Ferrutx is a classic sand-coloured and natural-stone villa with green wooden shutters in Montferrutx, on the outskirts of Colònia de Sant Pere. Dense hedges and white walls provide privacy within its spacious residential plot. Sunny and shaded furnished terraces welcome up to eight guests, while a large, shallow pool, table tennis and a private tennis court offer plenty of recreation. A garage and additional parking are available. Inside, antique furniture, gleaming tiled floors and wood detailing are complemented by colourful modern paintings. The generous layout offers quiet corners for everyone. The ground floor has a grand entrance, a well-equipped kitchen and two large living rooms, each with a dining area. Four bedrooms occupy this level: three have modern en-suite bathrooms and one has a separate bathroom. A marble staircase leads to a fifth bedroom with a bathroom upstairs.
