The villa

Golden is a welcoming, southwest-facing villa in a quiet residential area of Palau-saverdera, 9 km from central Roses and 7 km from the sea. Its enclosed, tiered garden has trees, a furnished terrace, barbecue and parking for three cars. The private 9 x 4 m pool, 1–2 m deep with built-in steps, is available May 1–October 30. The bright 224 m² interior spans two levels. A 39 m² living/dining room with satellite TV opens onto the terrace and pool. The open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, freezer and coffee maker. Downstairs are two double bedrooms, one en suite, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. An external staircase leads to an upstairs double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and terrace access. All bedrooms have air conditioning and warm-air heating. Restaurants, a bar and café are 500 m away; grocery shops are 3 km away. Roses sandy beach and marina are 9 km away. Nearby outings include Cadaqués, Cap de Creus and the Dalí Museum in Figueres. A car is recommended; youth groups are not accepted.
