The villa
Comfortable rustic estate in a quiet location on the outskirts of Arucas. The private enclosed garden has a lawn and a 7 x 3 m pool, 1.4 m deep, open year-round. This 280 m² house features a living/dining room with digital TV and access to the garden. Four bedrooms each have a double bed and en-suite shower room with toilet; a fifth double bedroom is served by another shower room with toilet. The kitchen includes a dining table, oven, dishwasher, four ceramic hobs, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer and coffee maker. Outdoor furniture, a barbecue and loungers overlook the pool and garden. Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, safe, iron, hairdryer, high chair and cot for children up to two are provided. Public street parking may be available. A supermarket is 4 km away, El Molino bus stop 100 m and the airport 34 km. Non-smoking house. Youth groups are not accepted. The surroundings are particularly sensitive to noise, so quiet, considerate behaviour is required.
