The villa
Villa Oscols d'Alt occupies an exceptional hilltop setting within a private 36-hectare estate. Its elevated position commands 360-degree views of the sea, Alcúdia and Pollença bays and northern Mallorca's green mountains. Peaceful and secluded, it is still just a few kilometres from both towns, their ports and beautiful beaches. Ideal for families and groups seeking space and privacy, the villa has two separate accommodation areas, each with a fully equipped kitchen, plus spacious indoor and outdoor living areas and several relaxation spaces. There are eight bedrooms and six bathrooms, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating throughout, a terrace and a private garden screened from the street. The private outdoor pool measures 10 x 5 m, with a maximum depth of 3.5 m. Four garage spaces are available. Pets and youth groups are not permitted. Check-in is from 4 pm; check-out is by 10 am.
