The villa
Set on 5,000 m² of grounds on the outskirts of Alcúdia, Villa Son Fanals sleeps 12 across two separate apartments. Each has three air-conditioned bedrooms—one double and two twins—two bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and covered terraces for shaded relaxation and outdoor dining. Shared between the apartments are a 7 x 4.5 m pool, 12 sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a barbecue area with a large handmade table and benches. Parking for four cars is available beside the garden. Guests are welcomed at check-in, with support available throughout their stay. Final cleaning, towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, utilities and private parking are included. The location is ideal for exploring Alcúdia and Pollença, their beaches and historic sights, as well as hiking and cycling in the Tramuntana mountains. Pets are welcome.
