The villa

This detached waterfront villa sleeps 12, just 300 m from Cala Gran beach and 500 m from central Cala d'Or. The open-plan living and dining room opens onto a sea-view terrace beside a well-equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms occupy this level; one opens onto a patio and the other onto a sea-view terrace. Downstairs, two further en-suite double bedrooms share a covered sea-view terrace. External stairs lead to an upper en-suite double bedroom with a small terrace. A separate ground-floor twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to the seafront garden. Guest toilets and a laundry room sit beside the kitchen. Set on sloping grounds, the villa offers several sea-view terraces, an 8 x 4.5 m private pool with loungers and direct sea access via a metal ladder. Bedroom air conditioning operates only from 21:00 to 09:00. Internet access and contactless arrival and departure are available. No pets, smoking or youth groups.
