Pineda

The villa

Villa Pineda sleeps 12 in a main house and separate annexe on a 1,500 m² plot, on a quiet street between Cala Gran and Cala d'Or sandy coves. Restaurants and shops are 400 metres away. The main house has a living/dining room opening onto a covered terrace and pool, a renovated kitchen with an adjoining dining space, two ground-floor twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and a guest toilet. Stairs lead to a second lounge, then upstairs to a double and a twin sharing a shower room. At the rear of the garden, external stairs access the annexe's first floor, with a small lounge opening onto a terrace and two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a bathtub. The annexe's ground floor is unavailable, and it has no air conditioning. Main-house bedrooms have heating/cooling air conditioning at fixed, limited times. A large pine-filled garden separates the buildings. Two covered terraces flank the main house, while palms and colourful bougainvillea surround the private pool. Internet access is available.
