The villa

Mumare is a detached Ibizan-style villa near Cala Ferrera, blending traditional and modern features on a fully enclosed 1,059 m² plot. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away; central Cala d'Or is 1.1 km away, the marina 1.6 km, and Vall d'Or Golf a ten-minute drive. The ground floor has an open-plan living-dining room opening onto covered terraces and a modern, well-equipped kitchen with access to the side terrace and private pool. A twin and a double bedroom share a bathroom. An externally accessed double bedroom beside the pool has an en-suite shower room. Another externally accessed room contains a pool table and an additional shower; stairs lead upstairs to a second lounge and three twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Children must be supervised on the roof terrace. The spacious garden features roses, palms and cacti, with a large patio for play. Internet access is provided. No youth groups.
