The villa

This brightly decorated, semi-detached waterfront villa in Es Forti, Cala d'Or, stands on a 500 m² plot. Downstairs are a well-equipped kitchen with pantry, an open living and dining space, a reading corner, a second sitting and dining area, a utility room and a guest WC. The porch has a table for outdoor meals beside the private pool. Upstairs, the double master bedroom enjoys sea views, an en suite shower room and a private sea-view terrace. A second double and a twin bedroom share a bathroom with a bath and access to a small garden-view terrace. Comfortable outdoor furniture makes the pool terrace a lovely spot to relax with uninterrupted sea views. A garden gate leads onto the rocks and directly to the sea; there is no ladder, and water shoes are recommended. Air conditioning in the living area and bedrooms operates on a fixed, limited schedule. Wi-Fi and contactless check-in/out are available. No pets, smoking or youth groups.
