The villa
Villa Dunas is a newly built, two-storey semi-detached villa with air conditioning throughout. Its three bedrooms comprise a master with a 1.50 x 1.90 m bed, en-suite shower room and panoramic views; a twin room with a private terrace; and a children’s room with two smaller beds. A shared shower room and guest toilet complete the facilities. The airy open-plan living and dining space includes a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the private 6.4 x 4 m saltwater pool has Roman steps and a bench, alongside loungers, parasols and a solar-powered shower. A covered dining terrace features a built-in barbecue. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, private parking, thermal insulation and solar hot water are provided. Final cleaning, towels and bed linen are included. Cala d’Or’s centre, shops, restaurants and marina are a five-minute walk away; Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena beaches are also nearby. Explore Mondragó Natural Park or the coast by boat. Online check-in is required for public safety compliance. Youth groups are not accepted.
