The villa

Villa Lagoa is a newly built, two-storey semi-detached villa within walking distance of Cala d’Or’s centre and beaches. Three air-conditioned bedrooms include a master with a 1.50 x 1.90 m bed, en-suite bathroom and panoramic views; a twin room with a private terrace; and a children’s room with two smaller beds. There is a shared shower room and a guest toilet. The bright open-plan living and dining area adjoins a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a private 6.4 x 4 m saltwater pool has Roman steps and a bench. The spacious terrace offers loungers, parasols and a solar-powered shower, while a covered dining terrace includes a brick barbecue. Air conditioning throughout, thermal insulation and solar hot water enhance comfort. Final cleaning, bath towels and bed linen are included. The centre, shops, restaurants and marina are a five-minute walk away, with Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena beaches also nearby. Mondragó Natural Park offers opportunities for exploring. Youth groups are not accepted.
