The villa
Built in 2016, this 100 m² attached chalet is in a quiet area outside the village, 900 m from shops and 500 m from Luzéa thermal baths. The owner lives on site. Enjoy exceptional views of Pic du Midi and the Pays Toy valley. Four bedrooms offer three double and six single beds, with two shower rooms and two toilets. The equipped kitchen includes an American-style fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The living area has two sofas and a 120 cm LED TV.
