The villa
Built in 2016, this comfortable 100 m² semi-detached chalet sleeps 12 in a quiet holiday complex outside the village, with the owner living on site. Shops are 900 m away and the Luzéa thermal baths 500 m away. Enjoy exceptional views of Pic du Midi and the Pays Toy valley, with cycling routes, mountain walks and activities including paragliding and canyoning nearby. Ski areas include Barèges–La Mongie, Luz Ardiden, 20 minutes away, and Gavarnie, 30 minutes away. The equipped kitchen includes an American-style fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two sofas, a large LED TV, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and two toilets. Two bedrooms each have a double and single bed, one has a double bed, and one has four singles. Wi-Fi, private parking, final cleaning, bed linen and bath towels are included. The furnished terrace has a gas plancha. Bread, pastries and breakfast can be delivered by arrangement. Pets, parties and noisy activities are not permitted.
