The villa

Maison Kalia is a recently renovated, detached Gascon stone house set in 2,000 m² of private hillside grounds on the Gers–Tarn-et-Garonne border, 40 minutes from Montauban and 75 minutes from Toulouse. Its 220 m² interior sleeps eight in four double bedrooms with three bathrooms. Carefully chosen furnishings combine carved wood, steel, leather and modern technology. The central hallway leads to a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a double-sided wood-burning stove, plus a pool-facing lounge with fireplace, 60-inch smart TV and soundbar. A separate 26 m² office and gym has a computer, printer, rowing machine, stepper and abdominal trainer. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilets are downstairs; two spacious double bedrooms share a bathroom upstairs. The 25 m² upstairs games lounge offers a Wii, 55-inch TV, children's multi-game table and vintage bar.
