Riviera

The villa

Villa Riviera is a detached waterfront retreat in Cala d'Or, combining modern comfort with eco-conscious touches. Its four bedrooms and four shower rooms accommodate eight guests, with panoramic views of boats entering and leaving the harbour. The private pool lights up after sunset, surrounded by palms and native plants, while numerous terraces offer inviting places to dine outdoors. Thoughtful amenities include solid shampoo, refillable shower gel, quality cotton bed linen, towels and beach foutas. A welcome pack includes water, wine, treats, Nespresso coffee and tea. Set on a 660 m² plot, the villa was fully renovated in 2022. Internet access is available, and bedroom air conditioning operates during fixed, limited hours. Stairs inside and outside require extra care with children and older guests. Contactless arrival and departure are available. No pets, smoking or youth groups.
