The villa
Mas Silvestre is a comfortable two-storey country house, 16 km from the sea and beach. Private grounds include a lawned garden and a 3 x 2 m pool, with parking beside the house. The 120 m² interior has a living room with Spanish digital TV and garden access, a dining room, six bedrooms, five shower rooms and a separate WC. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee maker. Upstairs bedrooms have fans, and an open living area has air conditioning; there is no heating. A large furnished terrace with loungers overlooks the surroundings. A washing machine, iron, high chair, cot for children up to two, hairdryer and free Wi-Fi are provided. Suitable for families. Groups and youth groups are not accepted, and quiet, considerate behaviour is required in this noise-sensitive setting.
