The villa
Can Felix sleeps 11 in five bedrooms on 21 rural hectares surrounded by pines near Forada, whose amenities include a bar, restaurant, church, shop and art gallery. San Rafael is 5.8 km away, San Antonio 6.6 km, Santa Gertrudis 8.2 km and Ibiza Town 12.1 km. Solar and wind power are backed by a generator. Two sitting areas include one by a traditional fireplace and bread oven, and a mezzanine opening onto a scenic roof terrace. The main dining room connects to the bedrooms and a veranda terrace. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto a dining terrace beneath an apricot tree overlooking the woods. A laundry room has a washing machine. Outdoors are a 5 x 12 m pool, loungers and covered dining space. A safe, house alarm and fire alarm are provided. There is no air conditioning; fans serve all bedrooms and lounges. Access is via an unpaved road, so a 4x4 or SUV is recommended. Final cleaning and full cleaning every seven nights are provided. Central heating is available in winter.
