The villa
Built in 2008, Pla De Ses Rotes is a spacious, comfortable rustic house in a peaceful green setting in Campanet, 18 km from the sea. Private grounds include a 2,000 m² meadow, garden, pergola, barbecue and a 10 x 5 m pool open 1 March–30 October, with an outdoor shower. The 280 m² house spans two levels and sleeps ten in three twin and two double bedrooms. It offers a large living/dining room with satellite TV, a kitchen with oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and coffee maker, and four bathrooms. A furnished terrace and loggia overlook the sea, mountains, pool and garden. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, iron and hairdryer are provided, along with a high chair and cot; baby equipment is available on request. On-site parking is available and a car is recommended. Shops and restaurants are 1.3 km away, the bus stop 450 m and the airport 45 km. Suitable for families and older guests. Youth groups are not accepted.
