Sa Gravera de Sa Barrala

The villa

Set on a large estate in southern Mallorca, Sa Gravera de Sa Barrala offers privacy, rural tranquillity and a lovingly landscaped garden. Lawns provide room for children to play, while the pool beside the house can be viewed from the covered terrace and surrounding loungers. Prepare meals on the barbecue and dine overlooking the garden and pool, or enjoy coffee in the seating area on another covered terrace. An upstairs roof terrace is ideal for sunbathing. Inside, white and sunny yellow walls, large windows and a blend of modern and rustic furnishings create a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The ground floor has a spacious entrance, a living room with a large sofa and television, and a wooden dining table for meals prepared in the kitchen. Three double bedrooms are downstairs and a fourth is upstairs, furnished with decorative wooden single or double beds. Three modern bathrooms, including two downstairs, complete the accommodation.
