The villa
Set on spacious former farmland in a quiet valley between Petra and San Joan, Son Perxa offers seclusion and views of Puig de Bonan. A large pool has broad steps, a protected children's area and room for swimming lengths. Its stone terrace features quality loungers, parasols and seating for outdoor meals and barbecues. Tasteful interiors combine traditional exposed beams with air conditioning throughout. Five comfortable double bedrooms are complemented by four bathrooms and a guest WC. The generous living and dining area has two open fireplaces, while the fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy. On one of Mallorca's finest cycling routes, the villa has secure bicycle storage. Nearby villas can be rented for larger groups, and a shared volleyball court adds recreation. Parties are not permitted. Petra's shops and restaurants are seven minutes away by car, Sineu's Wednesday market is 16 km away, and Son Serra de Marina beach is a 30-minute drive.
