The villa
Renovated in 2020, Casa Petra is a semi-detached house 13 km from the sea and sandy beach. Private grounds include a 4 x 2 m pool, available 1 April–31 December, a small garden, a partially covered terrace and a barbecue. Public street parking is possible, and a bus stop is 600 m away. The stylish, modern 250 m² interior spans two floors. Downstairs are a living/dining room with satellite TV, one double bedroom, a kitchen with oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer and coffee maker, plus a shower/WC and a bath/shower/WC. Upstairs are three further double bedrooms and a shower/WC. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, high chair and cot are provided. Pets are welcome. Youth groups are not accepted.
