The villa

Set on a 1,500 m² plot at the entrance to S'Alqueria Blanca, Tallador is a spacious traditional finca for ten, a short drive from sandy coves and Cala Mondragó Natural Park. Its pool with Roman steps, lawned garden, chill-out terrace and brick barbecue invite outdoor living. Downstairs are a living/dining room with Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with washing machine. Two twin bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, dressing areas and air conditioning. A further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is accessed externally from the terrace. Upstairs, a large second living room opens onto a terrace with panoramic views over Cala d'Or to the sea. Two bedrooms, each with twin beds pushed together, share a compact shower room. Hot/cold air conditioning operates at fixed, limited times. The detached house is not overlooked from the street and offers contactless check-in and check-out. Internet access is available. No pets, smoking or youth groups.
