The villa

Set on a 1,349 m² plot near Porto Petro, this peaceful country house sleeps twelve, close to Mondragó Natural Park and its two unspoilt sandy beaches, 2.5 km away. Accommodation is divided between a main house for six and a separate upper-floor guest annexe for six, reached by exterior stairs. The main house has a living room, dining room and kitchen with breakfast area, all opening onto the terrace. Downstairs are a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a separate shower room. Upstairs, a double and a twin bedroom share a bathroom; one opens onto a balcony terrace. The annexe has three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room. Bedroom air conditioning is available for only 12 hours daily. The annexe is undergoing renovation, with updated photographs to follow. A generous natural-stone terrace surrounds the pool, with space for loungers. There is a lawn for play and a covered outdoor area with built-in barbecue, running water and refrigerator. No pets.
