The villa
On the northern foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana, just outside Pollença, Ternelles pairs modern design with peaceful countryside and a town rich in Mallorcan character. The 10-metre pool suits both refreshing dips and swimming lengths, with a shaded lounge nearby, comfortable sun loungers and two parasols. Inside, white walls and ceilings, pale floor tiles and dark window frames create a clean, minimalist look. Two wings connect through the entrance, with large windows welcoming the sunshine. The single-storey pool-facing wing contains a spacious living and dining room with stylish sofas and a flat-screen TV. Around the corner, the bright kitchen offers high-end appliances, lovely countryside views and direct access to the pool terrace. The rear, two-storey wing houses the bedrooms.
