The villa

Perched on a small cliff above the beach, Casa Roche is a detached, single-storey home on a 730 m² plot in a pine-filled residential area. Its 150 m² interior sleeps up to nine guests in five bedrooms, with four bathrooms. The sea-facing living room, kitchen and porch connect generously, creating welcoming spaces for shared time. Fully equipped after 26 years as a family home, it has gas-fired central heating with radiators throughout and Wi-Fi. Outside, an alfresco dining area and barbecue sit beside the kitchen, while juniper trees shade a relaxing seating area. Entrance ponds add a cooling Andalusian touch. A staircase of wooden sleepers leads down the cliff to the beach. Guests have exclusive use of the garden and two private outdoor parking spaces. The surrounding area is ideal for walking, cycling and horse riding. Pets are not permitted.
