The villa
Villa della Duna is a detached, two-storey home surrounded by trees and meadows in Collemezzano, 5 km from Cecina and 7 km from the sea. Its fenced 1,000 m² grounds include a 12 x 6 m pool, 10–150 cm deep, open May–September, a poolside shower/WC, hot tub and pool house with fridge and hob. Enjoy the garden, furnished terrace, barbecue, table tennis and table football. Covered parking is available for two cars. The spacious 250 m² interior has four bedrooms across two levels. Downstairs are a living/sleeping room with double sofa bed, fireplace, dining area, flat-screen TV and home cinema; a double bedroom with a foldaway bed; a twin bedroom; a large equipped open kitchen; and a shower room with bidet and WC. Upstairs are a living room opening to the garden and terrace, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a second equipped open kitchen. Bedrooms have air conditioning, with heating also provided. Marina di Cecina's sandy beach is 7 km away; Bolgheri is 20 km away and Pisa 55 km. Groups and youth groups are not accepted.
