The villa
Spacious, modern luxury villa in peaceful, sunny La Marina, 300 m from the sea and 3 km from La Granadella pebble beach. Private grounds feature a landscaped, tiered garden, a 10 x 5 m pool open year-round, an outdoor shower, garden furniture and a barbecue. Access is via a steep drive and 15 steps; parking is provided. The bright 300 m² interior spans three levels. An air-conditioned living/dining room opens onto the terrace and pool. Four air-conditioned double bedrooms each have a bathroom and terrace access; one includes a dressing room. The lower bedroom is reached by an external staircase. The large open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, freezer and coffee maker. Underfloor heating is provided. Two large terraces, a loggia, seating and four loungers enjoy panoramic sea, mountain, valley and garden views. Free Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, iron, high chair, cot and hairdryer are available. A supermarket is 1.7 km away and a restaurant 850 m away. Not recommended for very young children. Youth groups are not accepted.
