The villa

Pao is a bright, stylish 350 m² villa on two floors in Javea's quiet, sunny Castellans district, 3.8 km from the sea. The private landscaped, split-level garden has lawns, a 10 x 5 m saltwater pool available year-round, an outdoor shower, a pool house with shower and WC, a pergola and barbecue. Parking accommodates four cars. The main floor has a living/dining room with satellite TV and fan, a well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, and another shower room. The lower floor, reached by external stairs, has a second living/dining room, two double bedrooms and a shower room. Air conditioning and warm-air heating serve selected rooms. Terraces, loungers and a loggia offer panoramic sea, mountain and valley views. A washing machine, dryer, iron, high chair and cot are provided. Restaurants are 2 km away, supermarkets 2.5 km away and El Arenal sandy beach 4.9 km away. A car is recommended. Not recommended for very young children; youth groups are not accepted.
