The villa

Villa Xapala is a spacious, classic Mallorcan holiday home on a hillside on the outskirts of Cala Ratjada. Its furnished terraces offer plenty of places to relax, from loungers beside the rectangular pool to covered terraces on two floors. The large rooftop terrace has dining furniture, loungers and views over neighbouring rooftops and green hills. Street parking is available outside. Bright, modern interiors extend across several levels linked by stairs. The ground floor has two double bedrooms, a stylish bathroom, a large well-equipped kitchen and a dining area opening onto a comfortable living room. Further double bedrooms lie on the lower level, some with en-suite bathrooms. A kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and sink, but no hob, and direct terrace access provide extra independence. Upstairs, another inviting lounge with a comfortable sofa opens onto the rooftop terrace.
