The villa
Villa Arkadia is a simply furnished, detached seafront home in Cala Egos with Mallorcan charm and panoramic views. Shops, restaurants, bars and the sandy bay are a five-minute walk away; Cala d'Or and its marina are 3 km away. The natural garden has mature pine trees, while a partly covered sun terrace offers four loungers. There is no pool, but a ladder fixed to the rocks provides direct sea access. Three twin bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath and shower. French doors connect the living-dining room to the sea-view terrace. The kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A private washing machine and iron are provided. Designed for switching off, the house has no TV, internet, air conditioning or fans. There is no private parking. Contactless arrival and departure are available. No pets, smoking or youth groups.
