The villa
Built in 2023, this modern three-storey house stands in an elevated position, 650 m from central Colico and 700 m from the lake. Its enclosed 300 m² grounds feature a lawn, private 3 x 8 m pool open April 1–October 30, and outdoor shower. There is bicycle storage, parking for three cars and a garage. The 150 m² interior has three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, a double sofa bed, three shower rooms and a separate WC. A ground-floor living/dining area opens to the garden; the top-floor living/dining room opens to a 50 m² terrace with lovely lake and mountain views. Two open kitchens include ovens, dishwashers, induction hobs and microwaves. Enjoy a barbecue, eight loungers, air conditioning, warm-air heating, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, high chair and cot. Restaurants are 450 m away, the ferry 600 m and Lido di Colico 700 m. Nearby sights include Forte Montecchio Nord and Abbazia di Piona, with walking around Pian di Spagna and Monte Legnone. Pets are welcome; youth groups are not accepted.
